Mark Johnson (DOB 29th March 1988)

Played over 60 games for EFC scoring 3 goals in the process. Previously played for Stafford Rangers and Stoke City. He has not yet won any honours in his short career. Interestingly lists playing against Ajax Amstardam as his most memorable match, marking Ryan Babel out of the game; "I bet he tries to get to a few games this season now he's playing in the UK," Mark nonchalantly said, "I think he's been following my progress for the Eagles." His father has been his greatest influence. Mark's favourite player is Roberto Carlos and similar left sided defender, Danny Stevens. Mark beans on toast for his pre-match meal (just like his respected club captain). Man Utd were the team he watched grabbing glory as a youngster.

Ben Lewis (DOB 11th August 1984)

Still to make his league debut for EFC and thus no goals as yet. Previously played for Stafford Rangers. Won the Sentinel Cup, Staffordshire County Cup and League Cup with Rangers' U17s. Lists the Sentinel Cup final victory at Vale Park against Newcastle Rangers as his most memorable match to date, scoring the vital 3rd goal in the 3-1 win (though he would also like to forget that he gave away a penalty in that match). Ben's biggest influence has been his dad. David Beckham is his favourite player. Ben enjoys a full English breakfast for his pre-match meals. Manchester Utd was the team he supported as a youngster.

Midfielder

Luke Askey (DOB 29th August 1990)

Luke has yet to make his debut for EFC. Previous clubs include Stoke City, Stafford Rangers and Stone Old Alleynians. Despite his age, Luke already has a string of medals to his name including the 'treble' for Stafford Rangers Youth team (Sentinel Cup, Staffs County Minor Youth League, SCMYL Cup). His most memorable game is the County Cup semi-final victory over Kidsgrove Athletic. The biggest influence on his career to date is meeting Roy Keane, although he thinks the Askey genes may also have helped, "Joe always inspired me," he said. Favourite players include Dennis Bergkamp and influential club captain Danny Stevens. Pre match essentials include beans on toast like his role model leader, club captain Danny Stevens. Favourite teams while growing up were Stoke City and Macclesfield Town.
