Russell Dematteo (DOB 27th September 1978)

Played over 250 games for EFC scoring 150 goals in the process. Previously played for Stafford Rangers, Stafford Town and Rocester. Won the Sentinel Cup with EFC U18s, West Midlands Premier League championship and Cup final with Stafford Town. Lists the home draw with FC United of Manchester (in front of the record attendance of 2011) as his most memorable match apart from the away trip to Gloucester with Rocester. His parents are his greatest influence. Favourite players include Johnny Mayer, Carlos Puyol and Danny Stevens. And Kev Warrilow. Russell enjoys toast cereal and orange juice for his pre-match meal. Russell grew up supporting Wolves.

Played over 30 games for EFC in his 2 seasons scoring 19 goals in the process. Previously playing for Stafford Rangers and Newcastle Town. Won the Sentinel Cup, Staffordshire Senior Cup and PDSL Premier league. Lists the Sentinel Cup final victory at Vale Park as his most memorable match to date. James has been influenced by many people, most notably his dad, mum, Darren Johnson and the Ginger Prince. Ex Burnley and Stoke City central Defender (Big) Vince Overson is his favourite player. James bacon and egg for his pre-match meals. Stoke City was team he supported as a junior.
